These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish the legal basis for operating the bn80 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to bn80's website, mobile version, all pages under it, and any applications. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has created an account at bn80 or visited the platform.

"We", "our", or "bn80" refers to the organisation that operates this platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, sports betting, casino, and other entertainment activities available on bn80. "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.

These terms have been drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and the original version written in Bengali shall be considered legally binding.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use services at bn80. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may open only one account at bn80. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be seized. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the user is required to notify bn80 promptly. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these terms.

2.4 Identity Verification

bn80 may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents to verify a user's identity. If documents are not provided within the specified time, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.

Users are required to keep their account login details confidential and not share them with any third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly. bn80 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4.1 Deposits

Currently approved payment methods at bn80 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. You must use a payment account registered in your name when making a deposit; deposits from another person's account are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to review until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

bn80 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion option is currently available.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious or there are indications of fraud, bn80 reserves the right to hold it and investigate for the necessary verification. Users must cooperate in such cases.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at bn80 will receive a 100% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if unused by the expiry date, the bonus is cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• bn80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bn80 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated bots or automation software to operate games.

6.3 Betting Limits

Progression through VIP tiers depends on a user's activity and gaming behaviour. bn80 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms and will inform users of any changes through the appropriate channels.

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Evidence of cheating or fraud being found.
• Clear evidence of bonus abuse.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
